iOS app Contact Us feature crashing?

  Dear WordPress,

  I have recently used the Contact Us feature on the iOS app regarding an image upload issue, and in response I sent an activity log. But now the size of the log message causes the ‘Contact Us’ to crash on opening, resulting in me being unable to reply to one of the staff’s replies.

  What should I do?

  Hi there!

  If the “Contact Us” screen is crashing, please go to the Activity Log you would like to send and tap the top-right share button. You can then email it to the person you are working with.
