iOS app crashes when I try to edit a post

    When I tap the Edit button on any published post in the app (latest version of app and iOS), it either freezes or crashes. This renders the app largely unusable. Any idea what could be going wrong?

    Hi @saunteria,

    – What version are you running, both of our app and of iOS?

    – Is there plenty of space on your phone?

    – Have you attempted restarting the phone / uninstalling and reinstalling yet?

    Hi,

    The app is version 12.7.1 and my iOS is 12.3.1.

    I have 17 GB free on my phone.

    Yes, I’ve tried both.

    Please tap on the Me/profile icon in the app, and tap on Help & Support. You should see the option to open a support ticket there – please do that. That will put you directly in touch with our mobile support team, and it will also send them info about your phone and logs from the app that will help them further investigate what’s going on here.
