Iotix Theme Download Failing

  I am trying to download this theme as is is not available to search for in Add Theme.
  
  But the link fails with an Auth error.
  
  Any advice welcome.

The download button for self-hosted sites was included by mistake, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
