IP 192.0.78.24 not loading in certain countries

  Hello! I’ve been having issues with my blog for over a week and no assistance from Support Group is provided so far (I am a Premium member).

  My blog is http://shadeofredblog.com and it fails to open in Azerbaijan.

  It appears that other blogs located at IP 192.0.78.24 and IP 192.0.78.25 are also not opening in Azerbaijan.

  Please advise.
