Hi,
I’m not sure I understand the issue here, but it sounds like an issue with your host not WordPress.
That being said, for issues with self-hosted sites use the support forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/
If you need to find your IP address you can do so here: http://whatismyipaddress.com/
If you need to find the IP address of your website you can find that here: http://whois.domaintools.com/immobiliencommunity.de

I’m going to tag this for a staff member to assist if you need a refund.
Your IP address is dependent on who your hosting provider is. Earlier you indicated your hosting provider was not WordPress.com, in which case WordPress will not have any impact on your IP address (since in that case it is simply software installed on someone else’s servers). You’ll want to direct questions regarding the IP address to your hosting provider.

I need the IP address of the wp page, because this is the one the domain needs to be redirected to. Where can I find it and how long will it last?

Hi there,
WordPress.com doesn’t use fixed or static IP addresses, so that isn’t a stable way to point your domain name to your site here — your domain could stop working at any time that way.
Instead, you’ll really need to change your domain’s name servers. If your current domain registrar doesn’t allow that, you can transfer your domain to another registrar and then change the name servers there. You can find a list of domain registrars that allow that (along with instructions for changing name servers) in our guide to Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping).
