IP Address

    I’d like to move my blog to another host, however, they are asking for my IP address and Control Panel URL. I can not find this information anywhere, and only finding advise on how to host on wordpress. Unfortunately, I wish to go with another hosting company and need this info. Anyone know how to go about this?
