My domain from web.com was suspended, now that the suspension has been lifted I am unable to access my site because I need my IP address from wordpress who is my web hosting provider. Can I please have my IP address so web.com can successfully point my website in the right direction so I can access my site?

The best way to map a domain to a WordPress.com blog is to set your domain’s name servers to the following values:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
However, if your registrar requires that you create A records, please note that our IPs change over time. Because of this, your domain might stop working at some point in the future. If that happens, please get in touch with us to find out the most current IPs and then update your A records, accordingly.
If you still want to map your domain using A records, please be sure to create two records using these IP addresses:
192.0.78.25
192.0.78.24

Can you please tell me how to go about getting my access code for my wordpress hosting account? I want to retrieve all my information on my website. As a matter of fact I want nothing to do with wordpress.com. I want to take the information I spend years accumulating on wordpress and go to some other company where i can receive the support I need. Please help me to get my site access code!

@ervinclarke24 your access code to your account is simply your login and password. Fro there you can export your content if you’d like. We have more details here:
If you are looking for a domain transfer code, log in as the user who owns the domain (this account does not) then follow these steps:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/Also, while you’re logged in as a user with upgrades, you’re welcome to contact support directly if you have questions:

supernova, thanks for your quick response. How can I get access to my FTP so I can transfer my content?
-
@ervinclarke24 we don’t offer FTP here (this is not a traditional host) but you can export your content using the instructions at move.wordpress.com .
-
supernova I cant access my website to access Setting or WP Admin and use any of the supportive instructions. Whenever I click on Setting or WP Admin I receive an error message stating: there was an error retrieving your site settings and Make sure your jetpack is up to date.
-
@ervinclarke24 do you have a site on our servers? I actually don’t see one associated with this account.
If the site is not on our servers you’ll want to check with your host about FTP information.

supernova, let me try to explained what happened. I had my domain name with web.com and my hosting with wordpress and everything was fine. I neglected to renew my domain name with web.com and they suspended my account. Once they did that I no longer had access to my host wordpress and thus no access to my website. When I renewed my domain name with web.com and tried to reconnect to wordpress I could not do so. I tried resetting the IP address by pointing the domain and that didn’t work. Every time I tried to access the site it tells me that my site cannot be found. I don’t understand. Everything was fine before web.com suspended my domain. Now that it has been renew why am I having this much trouble uploading to my host wordpress? At this point I just want to retrieve all my content and continue my business. My business have been suffering for the past three week. The real frustration is not having someone in technical support to physically help me solve these issues.

@ervinclarke24 what is the domain name? We can check to see if there is a related account here.
Also, the account “ervinclarke24” does not have any sites on our servers. You may have installed a free copy of WordPress.org somewhere instead.

Supernova, my domain name is salvationtothelastday.com. [redacted]. my account is under emai (email visible only to moderators and staff)

@ervinclarke24 oops! This is a public form so you won’t want to post private information here. I’ve redacted the password from your post, but please change it so you won’t get hacked.
About the suspension: I’ve confirmed the site is not here with us. The domain has never been with us either. Can you get in touch with your host about that?
If you’d like to set up a site here on our servers, we’d be happy to help, too. You’d just get started here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/start/
