  We do not provide dedicated IP addresses for sites hosted here.

  Would you please tell us why you need that? It’s possible that we have an alternative.

  I’m migrating the website over to another host and they need the IP address to retrieve the files. Can you please provide me with an alternative?

  OK. The IP addresses won’t help in this case, but if you want them you can get them by typing this at a command prompt:

  nslookup yourgroovydomain.com ns1.wordpress.com

  Subbing your real domain of course.

  I’d recommend using this method to move your site instead:

  https://move.wordpress.com

  Note too, if you use Export through My Site there’s also an option to download media files there. Hoping this helps!
