  Can i get my IP address to change to another domain i own using A Record?

  Hi,
  This question actually relates to a self-hosted WordPress.org website, and this forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites. If you need more hands on help, I’d recommend visiting the WordPress.org support forum, or contact your hosting service provider. To answer your question though, you can use an A record to point your domain at the IP address of your hosting service.
