  Hi @rebeccadavd,

  From my understanding, in order to find your IP address, we need your domain name. My recommendation would be to contact support.

  If you’re trying to map a domain you already own to your site, we recommend doing that by changing name servers: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
