IP ADDRESS

    Hi, I am looking for the IP address of your DNS, unfortunately I created my name in wix.com
    Bad idea, and they don´t change de DNS name, as you request, instead they are asking me for your IP address. Looking for it on google I found this one 76.74.254.126 but I wanted to be sure that is the right one. Thank you in advance.

    Hi there – we don’t recommend mapping your domain here by pointing it to an IP because our IPs change over time. Because of this, your domain might stop working at some point in the future. If that happens, please get in touch with us to find out the most current IPs and then update your A records accordingly.

    For this reason, I recommend that you transfer your domain altogether from Wix to another registrar that will permit you to change the name servers, such as GoDaddy, and then map it here in this way:

    If you still want to go ahead and map your domain using A records, please be sure to create at least two, pointing to two different IPs from the list below:

    I did it and it work. Now I have another problem. This host does not support FTP format. I have already a WP theme but I can´t find the way to upload it without the FTP, is there any way? This is a nightmare…
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi there- themes cannot be uploaded to WordPress.com, but you can use any of the over 200 themes here:
    http://themes.wordpress.com/

    If you have your heart set on the theme you’ve picked out, you’ll need a self-hosted installation of WordPress. Self-hosted WordPress and WordPress.com are two different things:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    To move your site to a self-hosted WordPress site, you’ll first need to obtain web hosting. We have some recommendations here:

    If you plan to go that route, let me know, and I’ll refund the $13.00 you’d paid for domain mapping on our end.
