IP address for domain mapping
-
Hi, how can I get the IP address?
As I read on your support page ‘When mapping an existing domain registered with another host, the host may ask for an IP Address instead of (or in addition to) our nameservers. If your registrar requires A records, you can contact support and we’ll provide you with a list of our current IP addresses.’The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
When you map your domain with an IP, that is not a constant value, they change over time, and when that happens your site will break.
Why don’t you use WordPress.com name servers,ns1.wordpress.com ns2.wordpress.com ns3.wordpress.comhttps://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
You can find your A records on your own by typing this at a command prompt:
nslookup yourgroovydomain.com ns1.wordpress.comThanks !!!

Hi there,
We recommend you use name servers, but if that’s not possible you can use these:
You will need to add two A-records with these IPs:
192.0.78.24
192.0.78.25
