ip-address for outgoing requests changing

    Hi,

    I’m having trouble with my subscriptions (from WooCommerce subscription plugin) not renewing. They told me that the reason is probably that the ip-address for outgoing requests had changed. So my question is, did you change it and if so why? Will this happen again? And where can I find this ip-address on my wordpress site? Can you change the ip-address to it’s original so this problem will go away?

    Has this come via a support request submitted via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ ?

    This will help to determine next steps.

    Yes I sent in a support request with WooCommerce but they said that I needed to talk to Rapyd which is our payment plugin. Rapyd told me that this problem was most likley because WordPress was changing the ip-address for outgoing requests and that I should contact you before they would do anything.

    Maybe you could tell me from what ip-address my subscription payments are coming from?

    You would need to ask Rapyd for more information there. The main reason is because IP changes happen very rarely.

    Alas, as Rapyd is a third party plugin, they would be best placed to troubleshoot what is wrong there.
