IP address gets blocked

  Hello.
  A couple of days ago, I started working on our page.
  It was all ok until I started deleting spam messages we have.
  After that, our IP address at the office got blocked, and I couldn’t access anymore.
  Then yesterday I tried again and it was working for just a couple of minutes and then blocked again.
  Please, help me solve this issue.
