IP address is blocked – cannot access my dashboard

    Access denied. Your IP address is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting provider’s abuse department.

    I get the error message above when I try to access my account from one of my computers

    Hi there,

    You did not provide the address of the site you’re trying to access, but the account you’re using to post here does not own any sites hosted with us on WordPress.com, and that is not an error message shown anywhere on WordPress.com, which tells me this is for a site hosted somewhere else.

    Please contact support at your hosting provider for help with this, as it’s them blocking you, not us, and only they can help you with this.
