IP address of our site at wordpress.com?

Hi there!
The site in question is hcc-offm.org (hopecommunitycenterapopka.wordpress.com).I set up a new wordpress.com site as a volunteer for this nonprofit, did the domain mapping two weeks ago, and it has propagated everywhere EXCEPT at the nonprofit itself — presumably due to a server that they are all connected to that is not resolving to the new DNS settings?
Anyway, they called in their tech volunteer who says he needs the actual IP address where wordpress is hosting our site. Is this a static and available IP address that I can get?
Also, is there no phone support for premium users? For some reason I thought there was when I urged these nice nuns to sign up for premium. :(

I forgot to say that this problem is due to e-mail — this tech volunteer has their in-house server set up to host their e-mail, and he says he uses “hcc-offm.org” for that e-mail setup, so he needs to (ack, explaining badly) route them to the actual IP address when they want to view the site in-house.
Clear as mud? :(

Your site does not have a static IP address or specific server. Instead, requests to load your site are shifted between several IP addresses and servers in order to balance the demand on servers. This means that specifying an IP address or server won’t work.

When a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, you may also receive a warning message in your browser about “redirect errors”. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your internet service provider updates their records. Please rest assured that everything is proceeding normally with your domain.
