    how do i get my ip address and renew jetpack? website is down!

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    It doesn’t sound like your site is hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    NOTE: Jetpack is not a hosting provider, but a plugin that allows you to connect your site to your WordPress.com dashboard.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.

    If this is for the site blackmasking.org – your hosting provider appears to be GoDaddy and you should reach out to them to get your account reinstated.
