  Hi Support,

  I bought a domain at Wix, http://www.b2btechnologyhub.com, due to security reasons i cant move the domain for 60 days. In the domain properties of Wix there isnt a posibillity to change the Name Servers. The only option they give is to point directly to an ip adress.

  Is it possible to point the domain http://www.b2btechnologyhub.com to b2btechnologyhub.wordpress.com using the ip adres of the wordpress server?

  Hi there,

  We’ve seen this with other Wix users and it’s a tricky situation. We cannot provide mapping using an A record.

  Once the 60 days is complete you can transfer the domain from Wix to another domain registrar. WordPress.com cannot accept incoming domain transfers, but most domain registrars and hosting services can. Once you’ve transferred the domain to another registrar, you can then map the domain to WordPress.com by changing the name servers.

  Sorry I don’t have an easy fix for this issue.

  If you’d like, I’d be happy to cancel and refund your WordPress Premium upgrade so that you can sign up for it again after those 60 days — so you get the most use of it.
