IP adress with WordPress DNS
-
Hello everyone.
We have update our wordpress.com site so we can use custom CSS and our own domain.
Unfortunately, My registrar (Arsys) asks for an IP for each DNS.
When I contacted their support team, they helped me to find it but it doesn’t work : here are the Zone check results.
The domain I want to use is creativlearn.fr
What can I do ? Is there some info about the right IPs for NS1.WORDPRESS.COM and NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
WordPress.com doesn’t use static IP addresses, which means our IPs change over time. Because of this, if you use IP addresses to point your domain to WordPress.com your domain might stop working at some point in the future. If that happens, please get in touch with us to find out the most current IPs and then update your domain’s records accordingly.
If you still want to go ahead and map your domain using IPs, please be sure to create at least two records, pointing to two different IPs from the list below:
- 66.155.11.238
- 192.0.81.250
- 192.0.80.250
- 76.74.254.120
- 76.74.254.123
- 66.155.9.238
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Not really. Eljuggerbaut is talking about pairing between IP’s and servers names.

It is the same problem.
But he’s more precise in his question and the answer doesn’t fit.Anyway, you’re not helping.

Hi there,
Sorry about that. The IP addresses I gave before are for registrars that want to use A records to point your domain to IP addresses instead of changing your domain’s name servers.
If your domain registrar just needs the IP address of the name servers themselves, those are (in order):
- 192.0.80.93
- 69.174.248.148
- 207.198.112.47
However, these can change at any time, so it’s best to use a domain registrar that only requires the name servers.

@eljuggernaut – If you just made those changes, you may need to wait up to 72 hours for the change to propagate across the internet. It looks like your domain is working on my end now, but if you continue to have trouble with it please let me know.

Finally working properly.
The configuration I have shared in the catches of the previous message is correct for the Spanish ISP “Arsys”.
It takes patience.
Thks all.

@eljuggernaut
When you put these DNS / numbers on Arsys, do you have this kind of alert (translated from french): ERROR: 2 name servers are needed(minimum) -
After tryng to contact their support for days, Arsys finally helped me to configure the domain with the info you gaved me rachelmcr.
It takes time then to work, but it does.
Thank you
