  I am unable to access my blogs from my college. I think wordpress has blocked my college IP.
  My college IP is [removed from public forum]
  Please see to it as quick as possible.

  I disagree. I think your college is more likely to have done any blocking than WordPress because WordPress.com does not IP block.
