  My IP is blocked and I cannot access the site http://www.wordpress.com.
  I want to know the reason
  Also, how should action be taken to unblock it?

  Hi there!

  Is WordPress.com the only site you’re not able to access? Does https://wordpress.com/blog/ or https://wordpress.com/discover-wordpress/ open for you?

  Have you tried doing that using a different internet source?

  Cannot connect to http://www.wordpress.com (192.0.78.13).

  I tried ping test, tracert route test, etc.

  Where are you located?

  What’s your Internet provider? Could you please let us know if you’ve tried a different Internet source?

  I am in Korea.
  The internet provider is sktelecom.

  It is currently being accessed normally.

  Just to clarify – we are not blocking your IP, as that is not something we do on WordPress.com.

  If you’re unable to connect to WordPress.com, it instead means your ISP is blocking us.

  Please check if you’re able to access WordPress.com using a different internet provider. If that works, it will confirm the issue is with your regular provider, so please contact them directly for help in that case.
