    To be sure I understand, you wish to change the address of your WordPress.com site from justtops734317648.wordpress.com to instead use the address of a domain you own with GoDaddy?

    If so, please be aware that it requires more than just IP settings, to remove “wordpress.com” from your site address requires one of the upgrades we list here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    All of the plans listed there include the option to connect a domain (such as the one you have with GoDaddy) and use that as your site address. Once you have upgraded let us know and we will walk you through the process of connecting your domain!
