  i’m trying to access my website to edit it but i recieved a message saying

  ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.

  what do i do? i used to have someone to edit my website for me, but no longer do and am trying to do it myself but i cant access it.
