IP which is not in the whitelist can still try to access my wp-admin

  Hi,

  I have a site with the lightsail platform.

  There is a whitelist to block the users outside.

  Yet I can see an IP out of the whitelist still can try to access my wp-admin.

  Could you lemme know the reason and how to block it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
