Does anyone know how to change what I see on my IPAD and IPHONE not the same format as what is on my computer which is what I want the IPAD and PHONE to look just like what is on my computer??????

Full Frame is responsive and adapts to different screen sizes so that your website will work (and be optimized for) iPhones, iPads, Android and other mobile devices.
Know that responsive width means the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
The mobile theme is a completely different theme. When we use a responsive theme we disable the mobile theme Go to > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme
