IPad wordpress blogging

    1. I’m using my iPad for blogging and can’t find the “publish” button”!! I feel like a dope. Where is it?
    2. The edit screen on my drafted posts lists some buttons that I’m unfamiliar with – ul? Ol? Il?. More???
    What are they and how do they help me? Thanks.
