iPage has a bug with WordPress Essential Sandbox

I am trying to publish the Sandbox version of our WordPress site. The first attempt resulted in 404 Error. Now the Sandbox will not publish. My host, iPage, says they have a bug which is causing this problem. They have no estimate for resolution, will not refund the fee but will be happy to publish it for $100. Is there anything WordPress can do to motivate iPage to fix their bug?

  • Your site http://roxymarckcom.ipage.com/ running on iPage http://www.ipage.com/ is not associated with WordPress.com in any way.

    It’s likely a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and not a WordPress.com site.

The current community forums we are on is meant for questions related to WordPress.com account/sites.

For questions related to self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org), you will have to ask on self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) community forums. Note that you might need an account to post on self-hosted WordPress forums. You can create one here.

Alternatively, I suggest you speak to iPage customer support team for any help related to iPage.

You can learn the differences between a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and a WordPress.com site here.
