iphone, and you suck
-
I pay actual money to keep a blog with you folks, and have tweeted you twice regarding this obnoxious message which appears on my iphone when I try to access my blog there. What the hell does this mean? What do I need to do? And screw you all for not checking twitter now and then, and making me come here….

In that case….I apologize, and I appreciate your time. I also question why I am paying to host my blog here.

You aren’t paying for web hosting. The blog and the web hosting are free of charge. The upgrades we purchase are very specific.
If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.

Hi there,
I’m sorry we missed your messages on Twitter. We try to keep an eye on messages coming to us through social media, but we aren’t able to reply to everything that comes in that way — the best way to make sure your message gets through to support staff is to contact us directly through our contact form, as timethief mentioned.
If there’s anything more I can help with, please let me know!
