Hello

I put a problem here earlier and was told to go to the iphone forum, however, i have found I cannot log in under my name here, and also when i try to register, it refuses me and I cannot ask for help there as it automatically tells me to ‘sign in’ which I cant!

Can anyone help please as I have hit a brick wall now :(

The iPhone forum is totally separate and requires separate registration. What happened when you tried to register there?

I have managed to register as another name of mine, but my other one is still there….so why the hell wont it let me swap back over to the email addy I want and the name I want?? IS this possible, as I would prefer that one!.

Sacredpath, when I tried, it just said it didnt recognise the password sent to me, and of course i could nto ask for help at the forums as i had to sign in!

Understand that we do not have iPhones so we can’t help you. Staff will be back on the job on January 3rd and in between we can flag the thread so the reply to you.

@timethief ok, sorry, I do know alot of people do have them now along with BlackBerry’s and I am new to these phones too.

Oh right, thanks for the information :)) hopefully then it will get sorted :)), it does appear from doing some investigating though, that alot of people of having problems too ….

All iPhone app questions should be posted on the iOS forum, but you can post your question here if you’re having trouble accessing WordPress.com via Safari browser on iPhone.
Are you having problem logging into the iOS forum, or WordPress for iPhone App?

I am having trouble with both, I have just put in my temp password in AGAIN and it has been refused so I either keep going around in flipping circles OR register yet ANOTHER username!

I cannot ask for help on the forums as they immediately ask me to sign in 0 back to square one!

I am having trouble with both logging in, and I have got the WP on my iphone, but when I upload a photo I just get the wordage I put above! ALot of people from what I have seen in the reviews are having the same problem,

I have to say, right now, I am getting seriously angry at the treatment, when it should be a very easy process. How can I join the forum and get help when it refuses me on??

Basically HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh on a quick PS here in relation to the above post – I have already got TWO accounts there as it did the same thing to the 1st registration which I PREFER so had to do another which I currently use.

i much prefer my first chosen username and password.

Update, sent form, they got in touch asked me to uninstall, and re install, (ALready had done!) and that was it! I told them I had done and what else to do…..no reply so far!

May have to re submit form??
