IPN Being Blocked

    Hello! My website, blondetobronze.com has a WooCommerce plugin that I’m making sales with. However, some of my buyers aren’t receiving a confirmation email and I think it’s because the server is blocking IPN notifications from PayPal. What is blocking the IPN and how can I resolve the problem?

    Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

    For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

    I would also check with your web host on this to make sure there isn’t some sort of block going on there, and also check with the email service provider that your emails are going through.

    There is also a WooCommerce support forum at WordPress.org where you can ask questions about that plugin.
