  I want to use this Theme on my website, hosted somewhere else.
  Can i Download it somewhere ?
  I don’t need it on the site hosted on wordpress.

  “Note: Premium Themes that are set up for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Some Automattic-developed Premium themes can be transferred to a self-hosted site at no charge, as part of a Guided Transfer. Please post in the Premium theme forums if you’d like to know whether your theme qualifies.”
