    i purchaged ippo theme but not properly customize

    Hi there, the first place you’ll want to look is the theme’s Showcase page which contains lots of information about setting up the theme. For Ippo, you can find it here: https://wordpress.com/themes/ippo/ Make sure to click on the Support button for more information.

    Being a Premium theme, you also have access to a special forum which has dedicated help for your Premium theme. The link to that forum is on the Support tab. You do need to be logged in with the username that purchased the theme in order to post in that special forum.

    and access persanaly and my domain is rasika.co
    is not for access persaly

    Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    rasika.co is a site using the standalone WP software on 3rd party hosting. If you purchased the Ippo theme from ThemesKingdom you’ll want to seek help from them directly https://themeskingdom.com/ or if available check out the theme support forum on the ORG forums. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on this page. https://wordpress.org/support/

    But your WordPressdotcom site is also using Ippo. Did you purchase the theme here but wanted to use it on your standalone WP site?

    Premium Themes purchased on WordPressdotcom can only be used here for the life of the site on WordPressdotcom. You can’t transfer/download a Premium Theme purchased here to use on a standalone WP install.

    If you are within the 30-day refund window, you can request a refund from your My Purchases dashboard.
