    Hi, I am trying to transfer my domain from IONOS and they are saying that they can only do this with an IPS tag from WordPress. Is anyone able to advise what this is?

    Hi there!

    We currently don’t support incoming domain transfers, which means you will need to keep your domain registered with the current registrar and have the WordPress.com nameservers or IP addresses on it.

    If you want to move the domain to another registrar for a different reason, you can still go ahead and do that. As long as the domain has our nameservers or IP addresses, it will load your WordPress.com site.
