  I am trying to add my domain from TSO host and they say I need to ask you for an IPS tag in order to transfer the domain over. Please can you help? Thanks

  Are you trying to transfer your domain reflexologywithrachael.co.uk to us here at WordPress.com?

  If so, I’m afraid you won’t be able to. While you can register a new .co.uk domain here, we’re not able to accept transfers of .co.uk domains at this time.

  If you need to transfer the domain away from TSO, you can transfer the domain to a domain registrar like Namecheap or GoDaddy, then you can manage your domain and add our nameserver records there since you already have the domain connection added to your site.
