Hi Ziwei,
I’m afraid all websites hosted on WordPress.com use the WordPress IP address, via our name servers.
Your personal IP address is connected to your Internet service provider. If you’d like to change your personal IP address, you would need to attempt to do so on your own as we do not have control over our users’ personal IP addresses.

I intend to host my domain – ipv6forum.sg at wordpress. Can you advise if an IPv6-only user (no IPv4 connectivity) who tries to access this website will be able to resolve the AAAA records from your nameservers? I would also want existing users with IPv4 connectivity to be able to access as well.
If so, which nameservers should I use for this purpose?
Thanks.

WordPress.com is not yet ready for IPv6, which is pretty much true for the rest of the web. It’s a fairly new thing.
If someone is browsing in IPv6 only, they’re going to run into trouble with far more things than just us.

i like to have ipv6forum.sg(domain which i will do my own mapping) to be reachable via IPv6 and I understand that wordpress is unable to provide it at this moment. We are currently engaging another vendor who can do it and need your help to provide me the IP address of your primary DNS server (the one with the master DNS records) so that they can act as the slave DNS and transfer the zone records for my domain.
below here is an example of how we will like to do it. Please advise if wordpress can help us here. Thank you.
Please see the info/steps required:
“Our v6 DNS server is ppsdns4.pps.com.au (responds to v4 only – 116.195.144.4) and ppsdns6.pps.com.au (responds to v6 only – 2406:a000::5).To configure our DNS servers to be a slave, we’ll need the IP address of your primary DNS server (The one with the master DNS records(wordpress)).
You’ll also need to configure your DNS server to allow 116.195.144.4 to transfer data. An example configuration for named on linux is below:
allow-transfer {
….
116.195.144.4;
};
notify yes;
also-notify { 116.195.144.4; }This will obviously need to be adjusted to suit the DNS server you use. This will allow our DNS server to transfer the zone records, and will notify our server when the zone files change.
Once the zone transfer is confirmed to be working, you can then add ppsdns6 to your domain delegation.”

We do not provide static IPs, so this is not possible.
Can you not use nameservers instead?
