Irish Postcode

Hi! I have just started using WordPress but I am trying to upgrade my plan. However, living in Ireland I don’t have a postcode so whatever I try to put in even ‘0000’ it won’t let me. Help?!

I strongly recommend a reach out to WordPress here. They should be able to take your credentials and manually add the upgrade if it isn’t possible through the upgrade page.

Interesting, the link should take you to their contact form. Try googling ‘contact WordPress.com’ and you should find a variety of options. Users who have a premium subscription have access to live chat.

The quick and easy way to get support is to post a support forum thread. There are long time Volunteers that can answer almost all questions posted as they tend to be repetitive and some of the Volunteer like me have been here for a decade.

It looks like you’ve since gotten it working as I see a plan and two domains on your account, but let me know if you still need any more help with this.
There is no problem with the contact form. Free users get taken to the forum when they use the contact form. If someone in the forum needs staff help, please tag the thread as @galois has done, and as is explained in the support documents @timethief linked to.
