Irrelevant Sponsored content appearing below all my posts all of a sudden

  Hello, I see irrelevant sponsored content below all my posts all of a sudden which is taking away from the look and feel of the site. How can I get rid of the sponsored content? I never signed up for them or monetizing from it in any way.
