I sent a support question through the chatbot and received an email confirmation that my question was received on September 4, 2024. It is now September 9 and there is no reply or resolution. I am attempting to renew my Business Plan and receiving an error message so I cannot renew. How can I get some assistance?

Ugh I am also having the same issues. It’s been 3 days and the prompt said they would get back to me within 24 hrs. Not sure how I am supposed to get assistance!

Depending on the issues you are facing (ie: not a billing issue), then perhaps if you had immediately posted your problems here a volunteer might have been able to offer some advice whilst you were waiting for staff to get through their growing backlog.

Trying to login to “wp-admin” to modify website and it does not recognize my email address. When I logged in here it accepted my email address.

@queenalmostf4356fec45 As you only created this WordPress.com account shortly before posting I’m guessing you are either logged in to the wrong account here or logged in to the wrong company entirely. Changing the password here won’t help you gain access to a site hosted elsewhere.
