Is a 3 column gallery in Twenty Twelve theme possible?

  Is it possible to add a 3 column image gallery onto a “Full-Width Page Template, No Sidebar” page of the Twenty Twelve theme using CSS to customize the way the page displays?

  More specifically, is this possible using the “cool mosaic” view, or is it only possible when that option is turned off?
