Is Active (Login Enabled) Field In WordPress

  Hi,
  In wp user meta table, the meta_key ‘is_login_enabled’ is having 0 value.
  See the screenshot below,

  but in Admin panel, i see the ‘Is Active (Login Enabled)’ field is tick in Edit User page.

  How this flow works? Anyone pls reply
