Is an email I've just received from someone seeming ot be WordPress legit?

  I have just been sent an email from someone that looks to have come from you. It asks me to renew my domain mapping of $13. It then takes me to a payment section and asks for my card details. It did not ask for a password or anything.

  Is this payment not something automated that is taken annually?
  How do I know if I need to pay it?
  I have gone into my WordPress site and can see nowhere on there also enabling to make this payment. Please advise.
