Is anybody out there?!?!?
-
This is now the third time I’ve posed this question to these so called Happiness Engineers. I’m not happy. Is anyone willing to try to give me a hand? Can not get others’ posts on my main page. Any Happiness people have any clue how or why?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What browser are you using? Is it up to date? If you use a different browser, does the issue still happen?
-
I use Safari on an iPhone 5s. It’s worked fine forever then all of the sudden, I can’t see any posts in my feed. Just shows up blank gray boxes where text would be but nothing ever displays. Happened once before and it began working like normal after a couple days. Been nearly a week this time.

I just checked on iPhone 6 (Safari) and it is all perfect, I can read posts and see everything.

Yikes! Sorry. I do see your answer. rootjosh will return to this thread to assist you as soon as he can.
-
Thanks. Not sure what happened. Just stopped working a week ago. Had been fine up to that point.

Sorry I didn’t read more closely. If you are into some troubleshooting then please go for it by using what I post below.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view
3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/
(a) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
If applicable see here for instructions on how to clear the cache for Chrome and Safari on the iPad:
http://browsers.about.com/od/howtousemobilebrowser1/ss/safari-ipad-clear-cache.htm
http://browsers.about.com/od/howtousemobilebrowser1/ss/How-To-Clear-Browsing-Data-In-Chrome-For-Ipad_6.htm
(b) Make sure that you have both third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled
http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
(c) Disable all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily. Know also that security and firewall programs and programs that run incognito mode may need to be temporarily disabled as well.
(d) Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
Add both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. Make sure to uncheck the box for “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.” http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/#frequently-asked-questions4. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.
5. Try using another browser.

Just to be clear, this only happens on your phone? Or you haven’t tried it on a computer or other device?
Out of curiosity, have you tried downloading the iOS WordPress app?
-
Yes, just on my phone. I tried my iPad and my wife’s phone, and it works fine on those devices. Just not working on my phone. I can create posts and get messages from others. But their posts are not not visible.
-
I’m afraid the fact that it works on other devices points to an issue with your phone. I have an iPhone 5S as well and do not have the problem you describe. What version of iOS are you using?
You might try downloading the WordPress app.
