Is anyone else having trouble accessing help?

I can get as far as a list of help articles or forum topics, but as soon as I click on any of them, I get that stupid Internet Explorer cannot …. You all probably know the page. I have tried refresh with the same results. I have even typed in the appropriate addresses just to get the same screen. Is the help section down, or is there something wrong with my computer? (I can view other web pages without difficulty.) I’m not even sure I’ll be able to read replies. If I don’t answer, I’m not being rude, I just can’t get back to you. I’m pretty new at this, and I’m getting frustrated, because I’m having to stumble through it without knowing what I’m doing. This is like building an airplane without an instruction book!

Not having any issues going direct to the support pages at http://en.support.wordpress.com/ (I’m on Mac though). Have you tried going in that way?
Also, log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.
Also, what version of IE are you using?

Thanks for the advice. I’ve cleared everything out and logged back on, but I still can’t get into the help pages. I’ve typed it in directly with the same results. I’m using Windows XP Professional with Internet Explorer 7.0. I suppose it’s possible that my Internet Explorer version is antiquated. It came with the computer.

contact Staff by filing a support ticket > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/Microsoft requested some time aao now that those who have IE7 browsers upgrade to IE8. In fact the latest version is IE9. Have you considered upgrading?
