Is blog active after export?

    If I export one or more blogs from this site, are they still active or do they go away?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Exporting just creates an .xml file of the content. All content still remains on the site until you actually delete it or close the site/account. In fact you need the site to remain visible if you wanted to import that .xml file to another site. Images only transfer if the original site is still live on the Interweb.
