is ".com" domain included within personal plan?

I was thinking about upgrading, step by step, starting with the personal plan and having my own domain, but the information provided is not clear.
In the domain search tab it says “.com” domains are available with Premium Plan, is that true? … Can I get “.blog” or “.com” domains with the personal plan? Do I need to pay extra money besides the 36$/year for .com domain within the Personal Plan?
I would appreciate your help before proceeding with the upgrade.

No, you need to buy the Personal plan first, and then, you can choice the .com domain.

Any one of those top level domains can be registered as a part of your paid upgrade plan (Personal, Premium or Business). There is no additional fee involved.
