  I have a blog monicaminguez.com and I would like to have a site, so the question is:
  1) may I have a site www with wordpress?
  2) can I have both – blog and site www – with the same domain
  monicaminguea.com
  http://www.monicaminguez.com

  Your domain, http://www.monicaminguez.com, will always be redirected to http://monicaminguez.com, so you can feel free to use either version on your business cards or elsewhere.

  Redirecting the first version of your URL to the second version helps to ensure that search engines index your site properly.

  The real question is that I want to have both – blog and site – and visible at the same time. The blog under monicaminguez.com name and the site under http://www.monicaminguez.com. Is it posible?
  how can I do it with wordpress?

  is it posible having a site (www.monicaminguez.com) and a blog (monicaminguez.com) at the same time in wordpress or not?

  Yes that’s possible. It already points to one WordPress.com blog, but it’s not possible to point the ‘www’ sub-domain to a different WordPress.com blog.

  This is not possible. As mentioned before, your domain http://www.monicaminguez.com, will always be automatically redirected to http://monicaminguez.com

  There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested.
