Is creating multiple websites with the same content but different reviews spam?

considering that I have a website in which I will be publishing the name of different commercial software products for which I will be writing different reviews. What I willed to ask was suppose that I have a website in which I will be writing a review for product “A”. can I create another weblog (with different name and address) in which I will posting the Product “A” again, but this time with different review. Suppose in of my websites I write a review about Google Chrome, Can I create another weblog in which I will be publishing a post about Google Chrome but this time with a different review? In each of my weblogs I will be at least having reviews about tens of different softwares. My question is that can I create multiple like 10-20 or even more websites about the same softwares but with completely different distinct reviews and texts? Is it allowed?Thank you very much in advance for your answers.
