is custom design still needed on wordpress.org

  Hi, I received a notice that my Custom Design subscription was ending. I paid to extend Custom Design, but my blog is now self-hosted. So do I still need to pay to maintain Custom Design?

  Also my blog is not at any of the Blog URLs below. It has a new URL: nomadicdecorator.com

  You do not. No WordPress.com upgrades (with the exception of Domain Registration and perhaps Site Redirect in some situations) are needed for someone who has migrated to a self-hosted WordPress site.
