Is Custom Design Transferrable?

  I bought the Custom Design package for the Twenty Twelve theme for a blog I was creating called Married to Amazement. In the last week, the focus of the blog has changed, so I started a new blog called Pockets of Stillness. I am using Twenty Twelve for that too. Can I transfer the Custom Design package to the new blog? I no longer need it on Married to Amazement but want it on Pockets of Stillness.

  Alternately, is there a way to change the URL (I know I can change the title) on the Married to Amazement blog to PocketsOfStillness.wordpress.com (though I’ve already taken that with the “new” blog).

  Hi there!

  You can transfer an upgrade using the following directions:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades

  You can change the address of an existing site following these directions:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  However, you can’t choose a name that is already taken, like pocketsofstillness.wordpress.com.

  If you’d like to move your content from one site to the other, just go to Tools > Export on the site with content. And then on the new site go to Tools > Import and select WordPress.
