Is custom upgrade the only way to change the background colour?

  I would like to change the background colour of my theme, but it doesn’t appear to be working on any computer but my own. Do I have to buy the custom upgrade in order for the colour to change on others’ computers? Thanks so much.

  It looks like you have succesfully changed your background color.

  If you aren’t seeing it on other computers, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache: http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
